hi,bout the flow- it rides so smooth, handles really well in the air an tbh has never let me down. the forks are its only slight let down but u can upgrade easily. obviously if uv got a load of money to spend then u cud get a better bike like a blk mkt or sumin but for around £500 u cant go wrong with it. iv had 2 lol
